Prices exclude GST/VAT, which is added at checkout. A paid post closed within 24 hours with no applicants is refunded in full. Pledge breaches are never refunded or credited.

Does paying change how applicants are ordered?
No. Paying never buys ranking, placement, extra questions or a different reply record. Applicants appear in the order they applied, for every employer.
What if nobody applies?
A paid post closed within 24 hours of opening with no applications is refunded in full, back to your card within 5 business days.
When else do you refund?
If a CV Pod fault stopped a paid post, for a duplicate charge, for an unused agency pack within 14 days, and for a first plan charge within 24 hours if no post opened under it. Pledge breaches are never refunded or credited.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
Cancel any time from Billing. It takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, and open jobs stay open to their closing date.
Is there a fee when we hire someone?
No. CV Pod takes nothing from any hire, and charges no placement fee.
What is the founding offer?
"Your first pod-only job is free while we launch in your country." It applies once per company, on the per-post path, for employers verified before their country reaches five open pod-only jobs.
