Pick 7, 10 or 14 days. Every applicant gets a human decision within that window. It can't be changed once the post opens.
Pods appear in the order people applied, with no scores and no AI ordering. Filter by location, availability or verified proof.
Up to three questions per applicant. The Pod answers only with the candidate's own words, says plainly when it doesn't know, and asks them to record a reply.
Shortlist, Interview, or Decline with a reason picked from a list. No bulk decline, no auto-reject.

CV Pod never scores or judges how you look or sound.
For referees
A former manager gets one email with a single-use link that lasts 14 days. They see the candidate's name and one claim. They choose Confirm, Edit wording or Decline. They never see the Pod, and employers never see their email address.
If a referee declines, employers just see “Self-declared”. Only the candidate is told.
