Our ground rules
Five rules. They are the brand.
Each rule is backed by something the product actually does. Read how we keep them, and check for yourself.
- 1
CV Pod never scores, ranks or judges people with AI. It never analyses faces, voices, accents or emotion.
How it's enforced: Applicant lists are ordered only by when people applied. Software does three small jobs: it matches a selfie to an ID once, writes a transcript, and quotes your own words back. There is no score field anywhere in our database.
- 2
The candidate owns their pod, decides who sees it and can revoke it.
How it's enforced: Link controls and a receipt trail. Employers can't browse Pods. They see only people who applied or sent them a link. Pausing or revoking takes effect within 15 seconds, even on a page someone has open.

- 3
Every rejection is made by a human and comes with a reason.
How it's enforced: One person, one click, one of seven fixed reasons. No bulk decline, no auto-reject. You see who decided.

- 4
Employers' reply records are public.
How it's enforced: Every company page shows its numbers and its breaches. No one can edit or delete an entry, including CV Pod staff.

AI help is fine, as long as it's disclosed.
How it's enforced: The "AI helped me write this" yes/no sits beside your CV. It's disclosure only and never lowers anything.

Limits we're upfront about
Revoking a link can't take back what someone has already seen. The badge proves a real person at the time of the check, and we don't run deepfake detection. The reply record measures replying, not hiring fairness or workplace quality.
